Hi, I’m Dr. Anthea, a dedicated physical therapist passionate about helping people move with freedom, reconnect with their bodies, and feel confident again. With over 8 years of experience serving diverse populations across the country, I specialize in orthopedic and pelvic floor rehabilitation with a compassionate, whole-person approach.
Foundation of Function was created as a space where healing goes deeper than treating symptoms, it’s about understanding your story, honoring your journey, and creating a plan that supports your lifestyle, goals, and long-term well-being.

After years in orthopedic-focused practice, I felt called to help people struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction, an area often overlooked yet deeply connected to physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Through Herman & Wallace training, I now specialize in pelvic conditions, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and core restoration.
